SAN CAMILLO COUNSELLING CENTRE , Bengaluru, Karnataka

When life’s stresses grow to distress people are open to get help from mental health professionals more than before. San Camillo counselling centre has also been sought by people for advice, solace, learning and to repair relationships ever since its inception in 2011. It has been providing individual, couple and family counselling apart from conducting workshops and life-skills trainings under its banner. In 2016 the centre has provided 190 hours of individual therapy and 120 hours of couple therapy.
The centre has also conducted life-skills trainings in schools in Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Punjab, UP and Delhi. It has also given workshops across the country on burnout prevention of medical personnel, psychosexual integration, stress management of clergy, prevention of child-sexual abuse, parenting, handling marital conflict, youthful youth, stress management of teachers and psychological wellness and lived-experience of persons with HIV, cyber law and disaster management.
